Membership Software Pricing FAQ
Subscription platforms typically charge S$100–S$600 per month depending on member count and features. Memberlytic is quoted per organisation: you can buy an annual subscription or a perpetual licence with an annual maintenance fee, and the price depends on your membership size, the modules you licence, and how complex your data migration is. Whether a licence or a subscription works out cheaper for you depends on those factors and on how long you plan to run the platform, so we quote against your actual numbers rather than publish a single figure.
A subscription charges a monthly or annual fee for as long as you use the product, stop paying and you lose access. A perpetual licence means you pay once for the licence and it remains yours; an annual maintenance fee then covers updates, security patches, hosting, and support. Memberlytic offers both. A licence usually makes more sense for larger memberships and longer time horizons, where the recurring fee would otherwise compound; a subscription can be the better fit for a smaller organisation. We will tell you which one is cheaper for your situation.
Common hidden costs with SaaS platforms include per-member surcharges above a cap, transaction fees on payments, charges for premium features like digital cards or advanced reporting, and price increases at renewal. Memberlytic uses modular pricing, you licence only the modules you need, with no per-member fees.
No. Memberlytic does not charge per-member fees. Whether you have 100 or 10,000 members, the price stays the same. This makes budgeting predictable and removes the penalty for growing your membership.
Memberlytic integrates with PayNow, GIRO, Stripe, and bank transfer for collecting member payments. These are the most common payment methods used by Singapore associations, clubs, and nonprofits.
The licence fee includes initial setup, data migration from your existing system, platform configuration, and staff training. There are no surprise implementation charges, the price we quote is the price you pay.
The annual maintenance fee covers software updates, security patches, hosting, and ongoing technical support. It is a predictable cost that keeps your platform current, and it does not scale with your member count.
Because a single headline number would be misleading. What you pay depends on your membership size, which modules you licence, and how much work your migration involves, and whether a perpetual licence or an annual subscription is cheaper for you depends on how long you plan to run the platform. Rather than advertise a figure that only applies to some organisations, we quote against your actual numbers. Tell us what you are paying today and we will tell you plainly whether we can improve on it.
